Worldwide Shipping

Within the EU

We ship to all EU countries and pay tax to the respective country you order from. We offer several different shipping methods.

Outside of EU

To all countries outside EU, we ship tax free.
Your national customs office may charge taxes. To avoid this, use the cheap and slow shipping method or be prepared to pay import taxes for the full invoice amount according to your local customs.

The only country in the world that has very tough customs and creates a lot of financial damage is Norway. In case that you want to order from Norway, please contact us before you order.

Discreet shipping

We understand the importance of discreet shipping.
This means, there is no information, no ads, no invoice in or on the parcel or the products. This helps them get through customs seamlessly.
Inside of the EU all of our shipments arrive.

Outside EU, Express shipments must come with an invoice.
We cannot guarantee for the actions of customs and can only reship lost parcels sent with track & trace.

Delivery Times

This depends on the destination and the chosen or available shipping method.
In general:

• EU Express: 1-4 labor days (1-2 into the big countries and cities, 4 for Cyprus, Malta, Greece rural places in Spain and so on)
• EU Fast: (not to everywhere inside EU possible): 2-8 labor days
• EU Slow: 5-15 labor days
• USA: only slow shipping possible at this moment: 5-20 labor days
• The rest of the world: usually between 10 and 20 working days

Note: Shipping times depend on the shipper, which are third party companies outside of our control. ProviThor cannot assume responsibility for delays in shipments, once they are handed over to the shippers.

Cost of Delivery

Calculated at checkout depending on shipping method, size and weight of the parcel, plus your location.

Picking your order up at our office

If you want to pick up your order at our shop, you can save yourself the shipping cost. Make sure to use the coupon code "PickIt" for free shipping.

Then you'll just have to coordinate the time of pickup with us. Generally we are in the office on weekdays 10am - 1pm and you'll have to give us 24 hours time to prepare. Write us a message if you're wanting to come by and we can coordinate the pickup perfectly.

Here are more tips for picking up your order at our business location:

• Use a dutch address to make sure we get the right tax rate. If you do not have a dutch address, you can enter our shop address
• Upon placing the order, put your preferred pickup time under the comment section. We are in the office on weekdays, between 10:00 am and 1pm.
• Make sure the order is paid, with the payment confirmation in your email inbox, so you can show it to our staff upon arrival.
• If your order is paid and marked with your preferred pickup time (no less than 1 day in advance), we'll be sending you an email to confirm the pickup.

How to place your order
